At the Village board meeting on July 8, 2014, Suffolk County Police officer Thomas Kennedy introduced himself as the SCPD liaison to the village. He suggested that we all sign up for nixle, which is a notification service that enables government agencies to get alerts out to residents.
He also invited us to contact him at thomas.kennedy@suffolkcountyny.gov if we have any questions or suggestions for how he can help make our village safer.
